Dal centro del paese da Trodena partiamo in direzione segheria, attraverso il sentiero (n. 6 + 9) verso direzione Malghette. Superato il lungo muschio, attraverso il sentiero (n. 9) si arriva al Oansiedel. Poi seguiamo il sentiero verso la Baita Pera e, passando per Rungganö, si torna a Trodena.

Truden - Hochwand - Cisloner Alm - Truden
Vom Sattel am Nordende der Ortschaft Truden zweigt von der Landesstraße der Forstweg Praglasir (Weg 2) ab. Durch Wiesen und lichten Lärchenwald nach Nordwesten, bei der Linkskehre geradeaus (2A) zur Hochwand (1.301 m). Unvermittelt befinden wir uns in alpiner Szene: Das Panorama umspannt die Kette des Lagorai, Schwarzhorn und Weißhorn, die Zillertaler Alpen, die Texelgruppe und unten das weite Etschtal. Nun durch Tannenmischwald (auf Weg 2) zu den freien Flächen der Cisloner Alm (1.250 m, im Sommer bewirtschaftet). Über dem Mendelzug sind die Felskuppeln der Brentagruppe zu erkennen. Zurück nach Truden auf Weg 1.

From the saddle at the northern end of the village of Truden, the forest road Praglasir (Route 2) branches off from the provincial road. Proceed through meadows and open larch forest towards the northwest, then continue straight (2A) at the left turn towards Hochwand (1,301 m). Suddenly we find ourselves in an alpine landscape. Now continue through mixed pine forest (Route 2) to the open meadows of Cisloner Alm (1,250 m, farmed in summer). Above the Mendel range, the rocky domes of the Brenta group are visible. Return to Truden via Route 1.

Dalla sella all’estremità settentrionale della località di Trodena ha inizio la strada forestale "Praglasir" (2). Attraverso prati e boschi radi misti di abete e larici si procede verso nord-ovest, proseguendo diritti in prossimità della curva che svolta a sinistra (2A), fino a raggiungere la "Hochwand". Si prosegue poi attraverso un bosco misto di abete (2), fino a raggiungere le ampie zone della Malga Cislon (1.250 m). Per il sentiero 1 si fa il ritorno a Trodena.

Truden - Peraschupf - Krabes Alm - Altrei - Möglichkeit Rückkehr mit Bus nach Truden
Vom Sattel am Nordende von Truden führt uns der Sagenweg um das Forchwaldegg herum zum Rungganöhof. Anschließend folgen wir über einen Forstweg durch Wiesen und dann über einen Steig (Nr. 5) durch den Wald bis zur Peraschupf. Hier genießen wir bei klarem Wetter den Weitblick nach Norden über den Regglberg bis in die Texelgruppe und die Zillertaler Alpen. Weiter durch Jungwald und Feuchtstandorte zum Langen Moos und dann zur Krabes Alm (im Sommer bewirtschaftet, 1.540 m). Von hierabwärts (Markierung 6) und später 5 gelangen wir direkt zum Wanderstartplatz ins sonnenverwöhnte Dorf Altrei. Von dort gelangen wir mit dem Citybus wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück!

Dalla sella all’estremità settentrionale di Trodena seguiamo il sentiero delle leggende intorno al „Forchwaldegg". Passiamo il maso Rungganö e seguiamo il segnavia n. 5 lungo una strada forestale e poi per un sentiero fino alla Baita Pera. Da qui la vista spazia verso Nord fino al Gruppo di Tessa e le Alpi dello Zillertal. Proseguiamo per bosco giovane e zone umide passando al biotopo Palude Longa per arrivare alle Malghette (aperto d’estate, 1.540 m). Dopo la sosta scendiamo per il sentiero n. 6 e poi n. 5 fino al centro paese di Anterivo. Da qui c'é la possibilità di tornare al punto di partenza con il servizio pubblico.

Truden - E5 - Ziss Sattel - Trudner Horn - Peraschupf - Truden
Von Truden im Naturpark aus folgen wir dem Europäischen
Fernwanderweg E5 hinauf über den Ziss-Sattel bis zur Horn Alm (1.710 m),
umgeben von Weideflächen mit hochalpinen Pflanzen. Das herrliche Panorama über die Trentiner und Südtiroler Alpen belohnt den Aufstieg. Nach einer Rast steigen wir wieder bis zum Ziss- Sattel ab und folgen dem Weg Nr. 4 über den Gampenpass auf
breiter Forststraße bis zur Peraschupf. Von dort kehren wir über den Steig Nr. 5 am Rungganöhof über herrliche Wiesen zurück
ins Trudner Dorf.

Trodena - E5 - Passo Ziss - Monte Corno - Baita Pera - Trodena
Partendo da Trodena nel Parco Naturale, seguiamo il sentiero Europeo E5
in salita fino al Passo Ziss, fino alla malga Monte Corno (1.710 m),
circondata da prati con piante alpine. La splendida vista sulle Alpi del Trentino e dell'Alto Adige ricompensa la salita. Dopo una pausa, scendiamo nuovamente fino al Passo Ziss e proseguiamo lungo il sentiero n. 4
sul passo di Gampen su una vasta strada forestale fino alla Baita Pera. Da lì ritorniamo al paese di Truden attraverso il sentiero n. 5 presso il Rungganöhof, attraversando splendide praterie.

Vom Sattel am Nordende der Ortschaft Truden zweigt von der Landesstraße der Forstweg Praglasir (Weg 2) ab. Durch Wiesen und lichten Lärchenwald nach Nordwesten, bei der Linkskehre geradeaus (2A) zur Hochwand (1.301 m). Unvermittelt befinden wir uns in alpiner Szene: Das Panorama umspannt die Kette des Lagorai, Schwarzhorn und Weißhorn, die Zillertaler Alpen, die Texelgruppe und unten das weite Etschtal. Nun durch Tannenmischwald (auf Weg 2) zu den freien Flächen der Cisloner Alm (1.250 m, im Sommer bewirtschaftet). Über dem Mendelzug sind die Felskuppeln der Brentagruppe zu erkennen. Zurück nach Truden auf Weg 1.

Truden - Hochwand - Cisloner Alm - Truden
From the saddle at the northern end of the village of Truden, the forest road Praglasir (Route 2) branches off from the provincial road. Proceed through meadows and open larch forest towards the northwest, then continue straight (2A) at the left turn towards Hochwand (1,301 m). Suddenly we find ourselves in an alpine landscape. Now continue through mixed pine forest (Route 2) to the open meadows of Cisloner Alm (1,250 m, farmed in summer). Above the Mendel range, the rocky domes of the Brenta group are visible. Return to Truden via Route 1.

Dalla sella all’estremità settentrionale della località di Trodena ha inizio la strada forestale "Praglasir" (2). Attraverso prati e boschi radi misti di abete e larici si procede verso nord-ovest, proseguendo diritti in prossimità della curva che svolta a sinistra (2A), fino a raggiungere la "Hochwand". Si prosegue poi attraverso un bosco misto di abete (2), fino a raggiungere le ampie zone della Malga Cislon (1.250 m). Per il sentiero 1 si fa il ritorno a Trodena.

Truden - E5 - Ziss Sattel - Trudner Horn - Peraschupf - Truden
Von Truden im Naturpark aus folgen wir dem Europäischen
Fernwanderweg E5 hinauf über den Ziss-Sattel bis zur Horn Alm (1.710 m),
umgeben von Weideflächen mit hochalpinen Pflanzen. Das herrliche Panorama über die Trentiner und Südtiroler Alpen belohnt den Aufstieg. Nach einer Rast steigen wir wieder bis zum Ziss- Sattel ab und folgen dem Weg Nr. 4 über den Gampenpass auf
breiter Forststraße bis zur Peraschupf. Von dort kehren wir über den Steig Nr. 5 am Rungganöhof über herrliche Wiesen zurück
ins Trudner Dorf.

Trodena - E5 - Passo Ziss - Monte Corno - Baita Pera - Trodena
Partendo da Trodena nel Parco Naturale, seguiamo il sentiero Europeo E5
in salita fino al Passo Ziss, fino alla malga Monte Corno (1.710 m),
circondata da prati con piante alpine. La splendida vista sulle Alpi del Trentino e dell'Alto Adige ricompensa la salita. Dopo una pausa, scendiamo nuovamente fino al Passo Ziss e proseguiamo lungo il sentiero n. 4
sul passo di Gampen su una vasta strada forestale fino alla Baita Pera. Da lì ritorniamo al paese di Truden attraverso il sentiero n. 5 presso il Rungganöhof, attraversando splendide praterie.

Dal centro del paese da Trodena partiamo in direzione segheria, attraverso il sentiero (n. 6 + 9) verso direzione Malghette. Superato il lungo muschio, attraverso il sentiero (n. 9) si arriva al Oansiedel. Poi seguiamo il sentiero verso la Baita Pera e, passando per Rungganö, si torna a Trodena.

Truden - Peraschupf - Krabes Alm - Ziss-Sattel - Truden
Vom Sattel am Nordende von Truden führt ein Weg südlich entlang des Forchwaldeggs zum Rungganöhhof und zuerst über einen Forstweg durch Wiesen und dann über einen Steig (Nr. 5) durch den Wald zur Peraschupf. Hier genießen wir bei klarem Wetter den Weitblick nach Norden über den Regglberg bis in die Texelgruppe und die Zillertaler Alpen. Weiter durch Jungwald und Feuchtstandorte zum Langen Moos und dann zur Krabesalm (im Sommer bewirtschaftet, 1.540 m). Von hier leicht abwärts (Markierung 9) zum Ziss-Sattel, einem alten Übergang zwischen Altrei und Truden. Über den Europäischen Fernwanderweg (Markierung E5) kehren wir durch Fichten-Tannenwälder zurück nach Truden.

From the pass at the northern end of Truden, a trail leads south along the Forchwaldegg to the Rungganöhhof, first along a forest road through meadows and then along a trail (No. 5) through the forest to Peraschupf. Here, on a clear day, we can enjoy the sweeping view to the north over the Regglberg all the way to the Texel Group and the Zillertal Alps. We continue through young forest and wet areas to the Langes Moos and then to the Krabesalm (open in summer, 1,540 m). From here, the trail descends gently (marker 9) to the Ziss-Sattel, an old pass between Altrei and Truden. We return to Truden via the European Long-Distance Hiking Trail (marker E5) through spruce and fir forests.

Trodena - Baita Pera - Malghette - Passo Cisa - Trodena
Dalla sella all’estremità settentrionale di Trodena una strada a Sud del „Forchwaldegg" conduce al maso Rungganö. Si prosegue lungo una strada forestale e poi su un sentiero (segnavia n. 5) fino alla Baita Pera. Da qui la vista spazia verso Nord fino al Gruppo di Tessa e le Alpi dello Zillertal. Proseguiamo per bosco giovane e zone umide fino al biotopo Palude Longa e poi alle Malghette (aperto d’estate, 1.540 m). Da qui leggermente in discesa (sentiero n. 9) arriviamo al Passo Cisa, un vecchio valico tra Trodena e Anterivo. Seguendo il sentiero europeo E5 attraverso boschi di abete rosso e bianco torniamo a Trodena.

Truden - Peraschupf - Krabes Alm - Altrei - Möglichkeit Rückkehr mit Bus nach Truden
Vom Sattel am Nordende von Truden führt uns der Sagenweg um das Forchwaldegg herum zum Rungganöhof. Anschließend folgen wir über einen Forstweg durch Wiesen und dann über einen Steig (Nr. 5) durch den Wald bis zur Peraschupf. Hier genießen wir bei klarem Wetter den Weitblick nach Norden über den Regglberg bis in die Texelgruppe und die Zillertaler Alpen. Weiter durch Jungwald und Feuchtstandorte zum Langen Moos und dann zur Krabes Alm (im Sommer bewirtschaftet, 1.540 m). Von hierabwärts (Markierung 6) und später 5 gelangen wir direkt zum Wanderstartplatz ins sonnenverwöhnte Dorf Altrei. Von dort gelangen wir mit dem Citybus wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück!

From the saddle at the northern end of Truden, the Sagenweg trail leads us around the Forchwaldegg to the Rungganöhof. We then follow a forest road through meadows and then a trail (No. 5) through the forest to Peraschupf. Here, on a clear day, we can enjoy the sweeping view to the north over the Regglberg all the way to the Texel Group and the Zillertal Alps. We continue through young forest and wetland areas to the Langes Moos and then to the Krabes Alm (open in summer, 1,540 m). From here, following trail markers 6 and later 5, we head directly back to the trailhead in the sun-drenched village of Altrei. From there, we take the Citybus back to the starting point!

Dalla sella all’estremità settentrionale di Trodena seguiamo il sentiero delle leggende intorno al „Forchwaldegg". Passiamo il maso Rungganö e seguiamo il segnavia n. 5 lungo una strada forestale e poi per un sentiero fino alla Baita Pera. Da qui la vista spazia verso Nord fino al Gruppo di Tessa e le Alpi dello Zillertal. Proseguiamo per bosco giovane e zone umide passando al biotopo Palude Longa per arrivare alle Malghette (aperto d’estate, 1.540 m). Dopo la sosta scendiamo per il sentiero n. 6 e poi n. 5 fino al centro paese di Anterivo. Da qui c'é la possibilità di tornare al punto di partenza con il servizio pubblico.
