      "BaseText": "<p>Das zur Verfügung stehende Grundstück nahe der Altstadt ist beengt und bietet nur begrenzt Gartenfläche an. Deshalb wurden an dem dreigeschossigen, kompakten Bau in jedem Stockwerk Terrassen angelegt, die geschützte, individuelle Freibereiche bilden. Mit traditionellen Materialien wurde ein einfacher, funktioneller, verputzter Massivbau geschaffen, an dem mit den gläsernen Erkern vor den Zimmern ein altes architektonisches Element neu interpretiert wurde. Die zeitgemäße Abwandlung traditioneller Motive und Materialien findet sich mehrfach an diesem Gebäude, sodass bei den alten Menschen eine gewisse Vertrautheit mit ihrer neuen Umgebung entstehen kann. Vor allem wurde versucht, den Demenzkranken zu entsprechen, indem deren Zimmer um gut überschaubare Gemeinschaftsbereiche gruppiert wurden.</p>",

Terraces were thus put in on each floor of the three-story, compact building, creating individual, protected recreational areas. By the use of traditional materials, a simple and functional plastered solid construction was built, in which an old architectural element was reinterpreted with glass bay windows on the front of the rooms. A contemporary modification of traditional motifs and materials is repeated several times in this building, so that the elderly may find a certain feeling of familiarity in their new surroundings. Most importantly an attempt was made to meet the needs of dementia patients by grouping their rooms around easily manageable common areas.</p>",

      "BaseText": "<p>Il lotto nei pressi del centro storico era molto stretto e metteva a disposizione una superficie limitata per il giardino. Per questo motivo nel blocco compatto alto due piani sono state ricavate a ogni livello delle terrazze che offrono spazi all’aperto individuali e protetti. Impiegando materiali tradizionali si è ottenuto un edificio semplice e funzionale, contraddistinto dalle pareti continue intonacate. I balconi delle camere sono una reinterpretazione di un elemento architettonico della tradizione come il bow-window: il principio della variazione in chiave contemporanea di motivi e materiali tradizionali ricorre più volte nell’intero edificio, con l’intento esplicito di migliorare la confidenza degli anziani con il loro nuovo ambiente di vita. Particolare attenzione è dedicata alle esigenze dei malati di demenza senile, le cui camere sono raggruppate intorno a spazi comuni che favoriscono l’orientamento spaziale.</p>",
