      "BaseText": "<p>Das Schulhaus der Ursulinen wurde zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts am Ursulinentor der Stadtgasse errichtet. Gegen den massiven dreigeschossigen Bau mit der vertikalen Gliederung der Putzfassade wurde ein deutlich niedrigerer Neubau mit horizontal betonter Stahl-Glas-Fassade gesetzt, der nicht nur sehr transparent und viel kleiner wirkt als der Altbau – aber mehr Nutzfläche hat! –, sondern es spiegelt sich zudem die denkmalgeschützte Fassade in ihm. Ein gläserner Kubus als neuer Eingang zur Schule signalisiert schon dort die Struktur des Neubaus, bevor man ihn dann über verglaste Gänge erreicht. So gelingt die Durchdringung der unterschiedlichen Architekturen. Im Innern hat der Künstler Manfred Alois Mayr eine heitere Farbpalette für den Neubau zusammengestellt, die mit den weißen Putzflächen und den grauen Sichtbetondecken lebendig harmoniert.</p>",

      "BaseText": "<p>The Ursulinen school building was build at the start of the twentieth century by the Ursulin Tower on the main street. Next to the large, three-story building with its vertical plastered structure stands a significantly smaller new building with steel and glass facades emphasizing a horizontal effect, which not only seems much smaller than the old building − yet with more usable space! − it also reflects the listed facades opposite it. The glass cube in the new entrance to the school gives you a preview of the structure of the new building even before you have walked along the glass corridors to reach it. This successfully combines the different styles of architecture. The artist Manfred Alois Mayr put together a cheerful color palette for the interior of the new building, which sits in vibrant harmony next to white plaster and the grey exposed concrete.</p>",

      "BaseText": "<p>Il Liceo delle Orsoline presso la porta omonima, lungo la via principale della città, risale all’inizio del XX secolo. Di fronte al grande complesso scolastico alto tre piani, con la facciata a intonaco caratterizzata dall’articolazione verticale, è stato costruito un volume più basso con un fronte in acciaio e vetro dall’andamento nettamente orizzontale. Il nuovo edificio non solo è trasparente e molto più piccolo del vecchio – pur avendo una superficie utile maggiore – ma rispecchia anche la facciata antistante, soggetta a tutela monumentale. Il cubo trasparente che costituisce l’ingresso della scuola anticipa la struttura della nuova ala ancora prima di raggiungerla percorrendo una serie di corridoi vetrati. Questa soluzione consente di ottenere una sorta di compenetrazione tra due architetture diverse. Per gli interni del nuovo edificio l’artista Manfred Alois Mayr ha scelto una palette di colori gradevoli che si armonizzano perfettamente con le superfici bianche intonacate e con i solai in calcestruzzo a vista grigio.</p>",
