      "BaseText": "<p>Obwohl der Neubau in der Mitte von St. Lorenzen mit klarer Architektursprache seine Entstehungszeit nicht leugnet, fügt er sich als Bau der Moderne gut in das historische Ortsbild ein. Er wurde näher an den Kirchplatz gerückt und schließt diesen räumlich. Es entstehen dadurch städtebaulich zwei autonome, aber trotzdem miteinander kommunizierende Platzbereiche. Das Volumen des Rathauses, in dem auch die öffentliche Bibliothek untergebracht ist, entspricht in seinem Maßstab den umliegenden Gebäuden. Im Detail zeigt sich die Gestaltung unserer Zeit im Material und in der Fassadenausbildung. In die Betonkonstruktion finden sich, je nach Funktion der dahinterliegenden Räume, unterschiedlich große Fenster, die zu einer raffinierten, lebendigen Maßstabsveränderung führen.</p>",

      "BaseText": "<p>Although the clear architecture language of the new building in the middle of St. Lorenzen does not attempt to hide when it was built, it fits well into the historical image of the place as a building representing the modern. It was placed near the church plaza, and closes the space. This has created two independent square areas which are however still in communication one with the other. The sheer volume of the town hall, which also houses the public library, corresponds with the size of the surrounding buildings. The design reflects our times through the materials used and the structure of the facade. Variously sized windows are found in the concrete construction, varying according to the function of the room, which creates a refined and lively variation of the building's ratios.</p>",

      "BaseText": "<p>Caratterizzato da un linguaggio architettonico semplice, il nuovo municipio nel centro di San Lorenzo di Sebato, pur non dissimulando la propria origine recente, si inserisce perfettamente nel tessuto urbano locale come una tipica architettura moderna. Avvicinandosi ulteriormente alla piazza della chiesa rispetto al suo predecessore, la delimita spazialmente creando due settori tra loro autonomi ma comunicanti. Il volume costruito, che ospita anche la biblioteca pubblica, dialoga perfettamente nelle proporzioni con gli edifici circostanti. Osservandolo più nei dettagli l’impronta contemporanea appare evidente nella scelta dei materiali e nella composizione delle facciate. Nell’involucro portante in calcestruzzo sono ritagliate finestre di formati diversi a seconda della funzione degli ambienti retrostanti, che generano un raffinato e vivace cambiamento di scala.</p>\r\n<p> </p>",
